What is your area of expertise?
I predominantly assist companies active in retail, wholesale or the production of fast-moving consumer goods. Additionally, I spend a significant amount of my time on transaction-related projects, advising clients on either the buy- or sell-side of the transaction.
How does EY-Parthenon distinguish itself from other strategy consultants?
EY-Parthenon is a strategy consultant with a truly global presence and is characterized by a highly quantitative approach to its work. Each of our clients faces their own, unique challenges. This is why our approach always combines a fact-based analysis of the situation with insights from our decades-long experience. Another distinguishing factor is our cooperation with EY. This cooperation means that we can focus on pure strategy consulting – if our advice results in a lengthy implementation process (as it often does) we pass the torch to our EY colleagues.
What qualities do you need to possess to be a part of EY-Parthenon?
There is no uniform ‘type’ at EY-Parthenon as we have great diversity in educational backgrounds, hobbies, character traits, etc. Common factors, however, are the drive, professionalism and no-nonsense attitude with which we do our jobs. We do not make empty promises or do things on auto-pilot – we work with a dedicated and inspiring team to deliver fantastic results!
What motivates you to work for EY-Parthenon?
EY-Parthenon provides the perfect opportunity for working in an inspiring environment and for delivering real impact. Your advice can change the strategy of a multinational company, convince an investor to enter a new market or help a charity change its fundraising approach. This combination of inspiration and impact still makes me feel at home at EY-Parthenon!
