What type of work do you do in your role as an associate at EY-Parthenon?

Every day is different. One day, your schedule is packed with internal team meetings, or interviews with consumers and industry leaders. The next day, you might dive into an analysis to identify client segments or the drivers of a revenue increase. Oftentimes, you are responsible for part of a workflow, and sometimes you’re collaborating with a more senior colleague on messaging. If you have questions, you can always go to one of your team members, but there is a lot of room to develop yourself and learn by doing.

What is one of your favorite projects that you’ve work on?

For a production company in the food industry, I have been very involved in the entire organization — worked shifts alongside employees, conducting many interviews and getting a look into the production process.

Why did you choose EY-Parthenon?

I chose EY-Parthenon because of the atmosphere, fun colleagues, and the variety of challenging projects

How would you describe the culture at EY-Parthenon?

Everyone is here to develop themselves, so they are curious about each other’s work and the atmosphere is very open and honest. Clear feedback and useful development points are provided for every project. In addition, we are a close-knit office with tons of activities!
